The menu brief: Spitbraai as the main meal (not prepared at venu). A selection of cold salads A selection of vegetables A potato-based dish. A selection of desserts. Would you be able to assist?
I am hosting a combined 30th and 40th, I would prefer if all catering (sides and condiments were included, as well as plates and cutlery). I am also happy for paper plates to be an option as this is less clean up work. Ideally we would like to eat by 1pm (party starts 11am) - what time would set up need to happen?

We would like to host an 80th birthday on 27th of December which is a Sunday from approx. 10h00 to 15h00. We would like to have a spit braai - leg of lamb x 2 roasts plus approx 3 chickens, some salads, veg and desert. we would need a long trestle table/s or round table plus 15 chairs and table cloths, plates and silverware and a gazebo or small stretch tent.
