Currently there is an Backrooms consisting of three rooms and a Main House. My wish is to join the two building into one Big House with 3 x Small Bedrooms (with closets), 1 x Big Bedrooms (fitting 3 single Beds + closets), Main Bedroom (with small walk-in closet + bathroom), open plan kitchen/dinning + Lounge (Partion-like cupboard between kitchen & dinning room), Pantry, bathroom (with 2 shower cubicles), toilet, car-pot (fitting three cars). Double Storey if need be to have everything under one roof.
Its a 1 bedroom apartment with a small open-plan kitchen that goes into a small lounge, with a bathroom. The ceiling of the whole apartment will be painted. All the walls will be painted white, with the exception of 2 walls. The one wall which will be a different color is in the lounge, and the other wall of a different colour will be in the bedroom. The bedroom has 3 walls - 2 will be white, and one will be a different colour. The lounge also has 3 walls - 2 will be white and one will be a different colour. The door frames will also require painting.

A 3 room precast (morden) house with tiles, 2 separate bathrooms (bove and toilet), big space for the kitchen, big circular bulbs. On walls I'd like White and Grey, for the doors Dark brown. Cardboards done in the kitchen. Outside after the dinning room there should be a varande with smooth tiles (Grey colour) and short steps ahead. Morden designed windows .
Hi, we are in the process of buying a house that needs renovation. We would like to renovate the flatlet - remove carpets and retile and update the kitchen cupboards. We need to fix some of the wall cracks and paint the house and the flatlet. Replace windows and sliding doors with black frames. We need to remove all the carpets in the house and tile, remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room for an open plan kitchen and update the cupboards.We would also like to renovate the stoep and fix the swimming pool Thank you

I work for my husband currently, and have done so for 12 years. I do not think it would be wise for me to continue working for him after the divorce. We have 2 school-going children and I have enjoyed the freedom of working for him with regards to be able to be there for my children for school event, etc. I would like to have a spousal maintenance period where I can up-skill myself and find my own source of income without this effecting my time with my children.
