We are looking to expand the existing CCTV system by adding approximately 17 additional cameras. Since the current cameras are wired and connected to the existing Hikvision system, it would be preferable to continue with the same system and compatible equipment. I have attached a map indicating the proposed locations for the additional cameras for your reference. Son in law owes us money but he decided not to pay us because he said he is keeping it for rent because we don't pay rent He is rent8the place from an agent. There was never any mention of us paying rent. I homeschool and look after my grandson and I never asked for payment for this because I thought us having a roof over our head and a plate of food for supper was payment but that's not how he thought. I then asked for to look after my grandson which he was paying until one month I didn't pay the rent because I couldn't because of borrowing from other people to put food on the table. I don't get fed during the day either. I get but goes for rent. My daughter pays half and he pays half so the for rent goes to him. Soni actually only get R . He is now not paying me to look after my grandson because I owe him money for the rent. In the contract from the agent it says something that there is no subletting allowed unless authorised by the agent. I need to know what I can do to get money that is owed to me. This is not the first time he has done this. He just stops paying.

Hi, I need a quote for consultation and legal and possibly and legal paperwork to be filed. I bought a car from someone. The papers looked okay / I was able to register the car with the assistant of the sellers friend at umbilo licensing. SAPS Durban North took the car in Dec . Its been at saps for 9 months counting. They say the car is suspected stolen or cloned - like another car with same numbers. The car is now at SAPS durban north pound. They took it to SAPS Durban North for checking. I dont have a saps case number or saps 13. When tbey took the car. I gave them a statement, along with all the proof of purchase and cars registration documents. And sellers information. No court case yet / they didntopened a case against me. I have proof I paid - ABSA statement, WhatsApp chats with seller. I need help to get the car back if it's clean. If it's cloned and not coming back, I need help to open fraud case against seller and get my money back. How much will you charge for this?
I have the arbitration date from the CCMA for 14 October. I need 2 guilty verdicts overturned. I was found guilty on the Vodacom issue that the company was fully aware of since August and no manager took ovenership to attend. Also on according to me, internal emails that was not moved out of the inbox since around April due to work overload. Management had access to my mails but not one manager or 2IC interveened to assist or inquire why this is happening even wih this being brought under their attention as a concern raised with them since December . I repeatedly raised concerns to the ever changing managers about my increasing workload and responsibilities. I got a increase in December because my work was good. The letter stated as such. They now claim that this was for the extra workload. This was for the increase promised when I signed my permanenet contract. My contract was still the original contract with work days and hours Mon - Fri and 08:00 to 17:00. By then I was expeted to be available 24/7. No alteration since my first contract. No clear job discription or company rules and regulations ever received. There was no warnings against me when they started their process of a formal hearing that turned informal on the day of the disciplinary hearing. Yet, on one day I was suspended without a official charge sheet. After formal (turned to informal) disciplinary hearing on 30 July I was found not guilty on the 1st and 2nd charge. Found guilty on 3 and 4. Dismissed with no possible solution. No training on what the new company expected....no PIP no warning....simply dismissal on 3 September. Apparently the trust relationship was damaged beyond possible repair. HR pushed for dismissal even thought the direct manager at that stage said that I was a easy person to work with and that there was no previous issues with my work. The manager mentioned that it will look bad if they don't dismiss me and only warn me. According to me, this was not a fair dismissal situation. I have the proof of the amount of times that the Vodacom contract was brought under their attention. I also have the mail sent in December with the workload concern. I need pricing on a consultation and possible representation on the day of the arbitration. My legal knowledge is not that fluent that I can think on my feet to counter them.
Wife wants me to pay 50% of maintenance, which i agreed but only if i have income.. I work freelance in a struggling film sector and cannot sign a legal document forcing me to pay R9k a month if i have zero income while shes on a monthly solid paycheck.. This will financially ruin me if i cant get work. Ive agreed to pay school fees as a base minimum (R) but will pay 50% gladly on mo ths that im working. Also according to her my 7 year old kid's expense is R18k a month which i think is a bit steep. But i dont want his lifestyle to change. She is buying me out of our apartment, my total equity is worth Rk but her dad can only offer Rk. If we sold we would not be able to buy another place in houtbay as it is too expensive now.. So im basically forfeiting k of my equity so that my kid can stay in his home. I cant find a place in houtbay (cant afford it) and live in fish hoek with my folks, and only see my son 4 days a month (every 2nd weekend) which is almost full custody for the wife on my eyes.. Plus i left all my expensive furniture and even stuff i bought before marriage in the flat so that my kids life is minimally affected. I need help to get to a mutual agreement with my wife, she refuses to budge on the 50% even if i dont have money. Ive also offered to keep Rk (of the buyout money) in a savings acc so that i can pay 50% maintenence for the next year, but after that if i have no income, i will pay minimum of R in school fees of im broke. Otherwise putting R9k a month on credit will quickly destroy me. I need help please, also for the actual divorce process. Thanks
