I’d like to ask for your advice regarding my wife’s personal tax. She works as an online English teacher on a contractor basis through a company called Preply. Over the past 12 months, she has earned an average of around $ per month. We’d like to make sure that we declare her income correctly and get everything up to date so that we don’t run into any issues or penalties with SARS. She currently doesn’t have an existing tax number. Could you please advise us on the correct process and what we would need to do to get her registered and declare her income?
I want to know how much is missing from the current plans to what the current status of the property is. To view what is currently built you can see it on google maps. (I want to buy the property, and the Seller is indicating to me that only the 4 parking garage at the back is missing, which I don't agree, I feel more is missing)
Hi, We are currently in the process of purchasing the house that we are renting. The existing dwelling is approximately 86 m² in size, situated on a m² plot. As part of the renovation, we are considering extending the property vertically by adding a second storey, effectively converting it into a double-storey home. We would like to obtain comparative quotations for the proposed renovation and extension so that we can accurately determine the required financing and ensure that we apply for the appropriate bond amount. Please let us know what information or plans you would require from us in order to provide a quotation. Thank you.
Hi there recently bought a typical Victorian fascade house in Woodstock and is somehow also has heritage to it. So we can’t change much. I’d like to fill a hole in the ground where previously wooden floors were. Then fix the ceiling and plastering. It’s a two bedroom with one bath and toilet. Fixer upper that we’d like to use for rental property when fixed.

Financial dispute Good day, Sir I hope you’re doing well. I am dealing with some dispute situation. I rented a car from Bluu in June, when I returned it they identified some minor scratch underneath the front bumper which I was not really aware of and it was not checked in my presence. It was minor though but they demand R from me. I requested a repair invoice and they spent R.38 to repair it, but they continue to demand R to a point where they sent me a letter of demand from LGR attorneys. I need help to dispute this because I feel like they are deliberately scamming me. I’ve been disputing it but I am not winning and they can’t explain why they are charging me R for a R scratch.
