I require a quotation for a heavy-duty, once-off garden clean-up for a rental property where the garden has been neglected and is currently heavily overgrown with weeds. We have no particular styling preferences; the goal is simply to strip back the overgrowth and restore a clean, neat garden space. The scope includes thoroughly removing weeds from all flower beds, clearing the grass and weeds growing inside the concrete retaining wall blocks, and cleaning out the vegetation between the paving bricks and along the picket fence line. Please note that lawn mowing is not required, but the quotation must include the removal of all garden refuse generated.
I have a small garden but need assistance with the layout. I need to also plant some grass. I would ideally want to use the plants that I already have mostly as my budget is small. I need to work around a very big Jakaranda tree in my small garden. Lots of shade, but I love a colourful garden and not only greenery. I prefer an informal garden that will enhance the big birdlife I already have.
There a 4 separate lawns, total m2. Would need weekly mow, edging, cleaning, sweeping, weeding / raking of flower beds. All rubbish to be taken away. Some bushes would need trimming weekly. Ad hoc weedkiller on driveway, ad hoc palm tree pruning, frost protection, ad hoc mowing of outside ( golf course access) lawn which is approx. m2. Must be able to do these but can be costed seperately as and when needed

I am not sure of the square meters of the garden, I have a small lawn on the side of the house plus bigger one in the back of house. .. half of it is the Landlord,, but he used to cut the bigger lawn all off it, lawn mower made a lot of smoke. So I need a quote for the bigger and smaller lawn. I also doesn't want it to be cut into the ground,, too short, that's there nothing left.. 2x pm.
