I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.

I would like to build on two bedrooms and a small entertainment area. I would like to use face brick and only plaster the inside. Inside plaster work 65squares
