We looking to add an outdoor patio and two granny flats.
Cost outline for drawings and submissions
Need renovations of my bedroom, bathroom, toilet, another bathroom and toilet for visitors, kitchen and pantry kitchen.

I am planning to convert the home into a double story house. I want to add one room on top of the existing garage and change the braai area as well.

I am not good with numbers and square meters, the above size indications could be wrong. It is quite a big structure that needs to be remodelled.
