Well I have a rough sketch that I would like to present or send to you where I will first will have to start with a single garage with a back bedroom and a bathroom. The plan must be designed with an intention to extend later. I have attached a proposed plan but if we can start with the garage and the master bedroom with the bathroom. but we will discuss other things later.
