This normally happens 4 months after the purchasing of the appliances.The 4th wall socket in the kitchen isn't giving any problems as it is used to plug the refrigerator only. All other appliances utilized in other rooms in the house don't get damaged as well as the heater which is frequently plugged in the lounge area.
