We have a small outbuilding that currently has a small room and a bathroom. The total floor size is less than 20 square metres. We would like to make it double story. I have attached a drawing of the current layout and also 2 photographs of what it currently looks like and what we would like it to look like. We are open to suggestions as to the building materials for the upper floor (brick or other, and slab or wooden flooring). It would require a space saving (probably spiral) internal staircase, but for now we are only trying to get an indication of the actual structural building costs.

We need to move out sometime next week, preferably Tuesday the 1 September. The house is large but most of the furniture has been moved out already. We need to move one bedroom (doube bed, side tables, small vanity, medium book shelf), lounge (two 2 seater couches, coffee table, large cabinet/shelf) and 6 seater dining table. A stationery cabinet and 3 trestle tables and a small braai.

We would like a 3m x 6m pool, with a 1,5m depth all ends. We are looking at Marbelite, as we'd like a "walk-in" ramp with rail along one side of the pool for my mom to enter the pool without steps. I have continued water damage in my master bedroom despite the body corporate redoing the waterproofing on our roof in May. There's also some issue where wind gets into the roof and damages my ceiling on particularly windy days (which are not infrequent in Wynberg). I redid my ceiling and walls in November only for it to become damaged again so I really need to get to the bottom of the cause and fix it.
I have been living in this cottage for 4 years i signed a lease when i moved in The lease expired and the landlord did not renew it just kept collecting rent A new landlord took over December i do not owe him any rent money only water money which i have not paid as the water bill looks very unlikely to me so i asked him for the water bills he refused now he has given me one months notice to move out and i cannot find a place so soon i cannot even raise a deposit so soon i need help as i am afraid of what he will do on the 7th of September to me and my family
