I’m in the process of buying a house, it’s neat & clean, double story building, however the living area is upstairs & bedrooms downstairs. Would like to move living area down & create open plan kitchen, dinning room & lounge, breakdown walls to make it easy flowing.
The plot is long and narrow. Wanting it to be a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a large open living area consisting of the kitchen, lounge and dinning room. Must have a small simple flat on the side the size of a double garage. The bedrooms could either be all upstairs or one level depending.
No not for the whole house but there are 2 walls that need to come down. We want to turn it into a flat for extra income
Excising structure person didn't do what was suppose to be done. So need advice must be redo or can continue.
