The tank is standing outside and is close to a bedroom where we could get access to a wall socket for a connection to the water pump. I have recently build a bricks & cement pond, about 1.5 wide, 2.5 long and 1.2m deep and have applied ram rapond polyurethane in an attempt to have it sealed inside. There are still leaks and would like to have bitumen or simular applied to seal. I hope to find somebody who can spray it on. The pond is easily accessible by a vehicle. Please quote to have it sealed. Non poisonous for plants and fish please.
Group of 7 colleagues is having a planning breakaway few days. We will do own light breakfast with yoghurt and cereal. We stay in a self-catering beach house. I want to break out a wall that's underneath my staircase. The wall is load bearing and I thought I could put a steel beam in it's place as support. I also want to enlarge and already existing square arch but I am not sure how much of the wall I can take off. Then I also want to enlarge my the opening that my sliding is in. I want to enlarge it horizontally (not vertically) - again I am not sure how much of the wall I can take off

We will then have to in turn. extend the outer walls of these rooms by a meter or so to restore size. On the opposite side of the passage are 3 bedrooms.
