Good day. We need to find a contractor that can attend to two matters: 1. A faulty chimney in a fireplace of an old house caused the loft floor and yellow wood beams to catch fire, some damage was done, not extensive. This floor needs to be restored to its original state and the chimney made safe / beams insulated for proper future use. 2.
