We really want someone to bring our ideas to reality. We recently bought a space and completely broke it down and had it redone so we now have a 4 bedroom space. Good day Please note I have taken a shop in Pretoria CBD Arcadia to be specific with my land lords being city property. I need an a sacap registered architect design for our next shop sized at 49sqm. The land lord needs to send it to council for approval and the one we had they said was ok but not not fit for sacap approval So we wanted to submit ours to be re designed and approved. Please advise the requirements for such and how long it will take to prepare it. Cause we need it ASAP.
