2 bedroom( one main en suite bedroom and the other be a study room/ WFH office but that can accommodate a bed too). I desire an open plan kitchen and lounge. I also would like the lounge area to be open plan in the sense that it leads outside where another “lounge “ or entertaining. Area can be situated outside (veranda).a sliding door that can be opened in the summer making it easier to enter the lounge where the guests have immediate access to kitchen and lounge .I have attached a few pics demonstrating this. A swimming pool is also desired but that can be done way later. The house will be built in a village. There must be a borehole and a sewerage system as there are none in the villages so factor this in. I’m not Rich but I want a beautiful place I can call home.

We have a plot on the R 24 behind the Excalibur Castle. The main house is currently standing empty. The garden is not maintained but needs to be cleaned for property viewers/buyers. The fencing around the yard needs to be cleaned for security guards to patrol during shifts. I haven't got pictures of the premises but I can take someone to view and quote.

We submitted drawings updated to Municipality everything has been agreed but Now they say that it has to be a Architect to sign off final paperwork. We need someone to work with our drafter who submitted all the plans and drawings We have paid all feed to city of cape town and only now a year layer they advise us on this
