I am looking to add a pre-fabricated structure from Kazin Trading as a hobby room. PE municipality advised that I need to submit architecture plans for this. The house plans were originally drafted by FDM Architecture CC but it seems they no longer exist. I have a copy of the house plan but now need the 'outbuilding' added and plans submitted to the municipality for approval. What kind of costs am I looking at for this?

I want to renovate my two Roundhouses. The Big one will divide it into three sections, kitchen, Tv room, and a bed room. Straighten floor put some tiles. Change the roof into a stronger metal sheet. Add a ceiling board (the plasticy kind). For the second small roundhouse it's just a new strong metal sheet roof, aluminum windows (for both roundhouses) and a door. And baracade all windows and doors. Outside I need new fencing done, build a two door garage, finally a tar-driveway.
I need advice. Iam in complex previous owner closed the braaiarea with stack glass doors. With approval of trustees and was told that it need not alter the building plans. I bought simplex two years ago and new trustees instructed me to alter and get building plans approved. No extention was made exciting roof was there en complete braai area is on plans. Glass stack doors was added. Should the building plans be alteted and approved again. Or not?
