We are married in community of property for 15 years, my husband resigned from his job and told me I must work for him. Car accident between my daughter and a Putco bus. Putco send me an email stating 50% to be paid. But also mentioned apportionment damage act. The vehicle is written off by the insurance. I am the tenant of a restaurant/franchise business . My commercial lease expired and has been running month-to-month.
