We want to have 2 feaver tree in left hand front corner with big bed around it. Sobtha thirns dons fall areas where we walk. Centrebof front yard will be artificial gras +-- 80 square. Attached i will send an idea of the garder that i ahve drawnn out. I will alos attached a plan of the yard and hous placement. Water tanks will be used for irriagtion,so the posission of tanks from where irrigation must be inisiated . Brown gravel will be put lef and right of driveway.
To start with general cleaning of the garden, weeding, possible cutting back Sterlitzia in garden. shrub trimming if not included in maintenance. A small patch of grass replanting. Possibly thereafter maintenance on a monthly basis. Have small projects in mind and would like to do as funds are available.

I have cleared away a section of garden I want to make better use of. The idea is to convert this area to an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit type of center point, outdoor furniture with storage for cushions when not in use, outdoor lighting, potentially a pizza over type of deal and potentially a water feature (more for ambient noise). We have a plot on the R 24 behind the Excalibur Castle. The main house is currently standing empty. The garden is not maintained but needs to be cleaned for property viewers/buyers. The fencing around the yard needs to be cleaned for security guards to patrol during shifts. I haven't got pictures of the premises but I can take someone to view and quote.
