I have bought a low-end market property in PE and wish to sub divide the property and build 2 small townhouses on the property. the aprrox size is sqm. Water, electricity and sewage already in place. I live in a Monument Victorian home and the plans were burnt in a fire in the late 's. I have the house on the market and by law I now need plans to be able to sell.
