What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
There is currently prefab walling in place but we wish to remove that and build a brick and mortar wall instead. The fence needs to be detachable to allow a truck to move in and out and lay down materials behind the fence needed for the building of the new brick and mortar wall. We therefore need a temporary fence for the time being to protect us against theft as this is something that has happened twice before and is a major issue. After the brick and mortar wall is finished/built we will need the fence to be removed.
I have a flat concrete slab roof. I need to replace the current torch on as it is leaking when it rains heavily and causing damp through out the building. The roof portion that needs sealing is over sqm, but I don't know the exact number off hand. I will need to go there later or tomorrow and walk off the measurement. I would like this sooner rather than later, but am a little flexible. I attempted a short term fix as I wanted to build on the roof, but it looks like I will have to wait on that now and just repair the roof. See attached pictures.

Extending carport and also fixing veranda with carport material which is leaking badly. Please separate quote for leakage and extension one. It could be 1 as an extension and one stand alone, as we have already the bigger size of 2. Please indicate if you can be able also to fix the veranda that is made of carport material.

Cleaning of existing waterproofing membranes on the rest of the roof and replacing damaged pieces with overcoat and torching. Application of 2x overcoat matching the existing colour of the house.
I have security gates at my home in Pretoria that are very secure. They are heavy steel gates with three levers - one at the top, the middle and the bottom of the gate. Hi I would like a square meter rate for a torch on waterproof. There is existing torch on which is 20 years old, on a flat concrete roof. the square meters is sq/m. I would like a price first so we can see if we can afford it. It's a concrete roof . I am not there this next week, and we working on repairs on our house ,so we can extend our bond. I need to cover the drying yard of the property the yard is approx. 6m x 3m. Though I have specified a hard cover would consider shade netting. The only purpose of this cover is to keep the yard dry from the rain and would request your advice. The structure should be robust to withstand monkeys walking on it.
