I need to paint apart. in Johannesburg for walls and celling. I am not in a hurry.
We are in a complex of 16 units. Have received 2 quotes. Would like a proper inspection and then a quote as well. After the last hail storm, there are some units with leaks. As part of maintenance, we also need to see what maintenance is required in order to plan and budget accordingly.

Good day. I require piping installed for a kitchen mixer. Scope is to run hot water from geyser approximately 4mtrs and cold water approximately 1 meter to existing pipe. This is excluding the fitment of the actual mixer so only need the piping. All other fitments should be included.
