The house is a box like shape and I need it to look vibrant and lively, the yard space resembles that of the older years ( Apartheid times ) and is in absolute critical state, no hot water running, outlets need replacing, no tiling, corrugated metal roof, trees everywhere without a purpose, it's a mess
Redo two bathrooms, retile, repaint, replace two broken baths, one loose bath for installation inside premises. Paint ceiling, walls & doors (outside walls brick), 3 Bedroom Townhouse, second garage was changed into "4th room", 1 garage, plus large outside carport (paint side frame and pillars), full title. Check for any structural damage to property AND any roof leaks and repair. Paint all security gates and gate to carport at property. It is an existing restaurant. The pass must be closed and done in a different place. Kitchen must be closed off and door installed. Gas installations must be replaced and in some places removed. Courtyard must be built higher and made part of the kitchen area. Pizza oven - currently outside must be closed off and made part of the kitchen. Current wall inside must be demolished to include pizza oven inside. Brick wall built for bar counter.
In our sun room three polycarbonate sheets need to be replace. Two sheets approx. 4 meters long and one sheet approx. 5 meters long. Owing to the gale force winds on Friday last week the sheets were damaged. On acceptance of a quote the contractor needs to measure the sheets on site before replacement.

I ordered Postform countertop boards from the Board Store which includes cutting. 2 Boards were ordered based on measurements given by the Cupboard Installer.
