We would like to renovate our kitchen using different cupboards and counter tops, preferably quartz or bamboo without changing the plumbing of the area, as well as installing a gas stove. The bathrooms would need a full remodel repositioning the bathtub, toilet and vanity in one bathroom and replacing the bathtub with a shower in the second bathroom.

Roof, outside walls and interior walls. For a floor size square meter house. And then roof and exterior walls for a flat 70 square metres floor size. Corrugated roofing on both. All of it is ground floor. Possibility of some rust spots needing attention. Windows needs plaster to be replaced and edged. And if possible to paint the stand for the solar panels too. 9 doors could use repainting.
Good morning, My name is I'm reaching out on behalf of the owners for a remodel of their house to convert it into an Airbnb. We need 3 doors installed to create private entrances to certain rooms, existing interior doors boarded over and sound proofed. We need 4 kitchenettes installed and then one 2 bedroom unit divided into 2 separate units and a bathroom installed for the new unit. We also have a pool that needs to be assessed and fixed as there is a leak (not sure if you guys specifically offer this). And finally we need a water point in the garage for the laundry set up. Would you be able to send a rough quote? We would also need the plans drawn up to apply for rezoning and such. The attachment is for the current existing house. Thank you
I want to renovate my bathrooms and kitchen. The one bathroom is currently what used to be a linen closet which I want to extend into the second bathroom to make it slightly bigger. I want to also combine the second bathroom with the seperate toilet to make up for the space which will be lost to the first bathroom extension. I want to redo the kitchen completely by breaking one wall which seperates the entrance hall and make it more open plan.
We are looking to turn a lounge into a bedroom but keep a section for the study. We are wanting dry wall on one side and then glass or tinted perspex with sliding doors. We want lots of light coming in from the front. I have attached what we are looking for. I have also attached an image of the room.
Looking to renovate my 55 sqm cottage home: Demolition & Masonry • Remove one (1) × 3 m brick wall and reuse bricks to build a new 3 m wall. • Remove two (2) × 3 m brick walls. • Close up two (2) small windows. • Install two (2) new larger aluminium windows. • All removed bricks to be reused where possible. Doors & Openings • Supply and install one (1) new front door (standard size). • Remove existing window + single door at back and install one (1) new 4 m aluminium sliding door. • In bathroom: install one (1) new aluminium door and window, and close old door opening. Floors & Walls • Supply and install polished/sealed concrete flooring – approx. 55 m². • Prepare and paint interior walls (standard finish). • Construct one (1) × 2 m drywall partition. • Construct one (1) × 2 m drywall with standard door and window to close off a room. Carpentry / Joinery • Carefully move and reinstall existing 3 m floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. • Extend kitchen cabinets by 1 m and replace all kitchen cabinet doors (kitchen size approx. 2 m × 2 m). • Relocate existing kitchen island to a different side (reuse same unit). Bathroom Renovation • Remove existing fittings. • Install new toilet, shower, and sink (sink to be moved to an area where piping already exists). • Install new bathroom aluminium door and window. • Close up old door opening. • Finish with waterproofing, tiling/painting as required. ⸻ Key Question Can the above full scope be completed for ~R, (all-in, including labour, materials, and finishes at a mid-range spec)?

I'm looking to install vinyl flooring throughout the house. This might require the removal and reinstallation of existing BIC in Bedrooms, Kitchen, etc. Majority of the house has existing terracotta tiles that will need to be removed and I'm assuming the floors would need to be levelled before installation can happen. If budget permits, I'd also like to replace my woodend patio door with a cascading aluminium option.
I would like to fit new cupboards for more space availability in the kitchen, as well as space for washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. With granite counter tops. Space for a small 4 plate gas and oven stove with hob, and some down lights in the kitchen. It must look modern with a clean fresh look maybe white cupboards. And would like to re-do the 2 bedrooms wardrobes( the Inside, new layout and with sliding doors maybe because the space is limited.) and in the bathroom maybe put in new glass door in the shower and make the shower wall shorter for more space in.
