Ita on a deck exactly similar to the one displayed on the attachments. The video attached is ons that was already done in regards to the paint being removed . These pillars are so difficult to remove the paint . Small gaps and difficult to get to every side . So a qoute for paint removal and new paint + restoration on most of the pillars . Cracks , broken concrete , etc .
I would like to refresh the interior (first phase) and exterior (second phase) of my house. The interior refresh will include painting the bathroom tiles, painting the floor tiles (whole house) and fixing cracks and holes in current tiling. The kitchen cabinets, tiles and walls will also require painting. Finally the interior walls will require repainting. Hopefully this can be done before the holidays. The exterior refresh will include repainting the boundary walls and the house exterior walls including the garage doors. Palisade fence between neighbors will also need to be painted white. I am moving into a new house and I want to change the wall colour in the lounge from a bright blue to Plascon’s Antique Petal (off-white/creme). I preferably need one lady working with one or two helpers maximum. I do not want people banging furniture or stair case with vaccum cleaners and ladders and I need people who get in their hands and knees to wash and rinse my tiled floors. In other word I do not want half job. My home is double stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
