I would like to have a Modern family looking 5 bedroom house, 4 garage space, lounge, study, laundry room, helper room outside, open plan feel. in the Hills Estate,Grasfontein,Pretoria. Preferably a 2 story if allowed. Modern feel, combined with concrete, rusty metal sheets, anodised steel and mahogany timber and a pine surrounding forest.
I'm unable to give the specific size because I need a property plan to put my vision on paper then send it to the necessary places for approval. There's a lot of land at the house so I want a basement for storage as well as and underground pathway leading to a 3 or 4 story block of flats with a basement as well. However I need a property planner to plan and put it on paper as well as permission as to how high I can build the flats.
A family home. Preferably a double storey . 4_5 bedrooms .main bedroom en-suite bathroom,double sinks with walk-in closet.A complete open plan for kitchen living room and dinning room. A double garage .A balcony for the en-suite bedroom (has to be upstairs) .big enough to fit a breakfast table and two chairs (and a few pot plants). A garden is a must have.A study and a man cave.

I live in a cluster in a security estate in Dainfern and am looking to add a swimming pool in my yard. Size will be around 6x4. Would also like to include a 2x2 inbuilt Jacuzzi. I currently have a 2 bedroom house I would like turn that into a double storey house with 4 bedrooms and double garage.
I am looking to build rooms in my backyard to rent out. I need 16 units that are typically 3.5m x 3.5m in size. It's a double story setup where I will have 8 units on the first floor with an additional 8 on top. I need a plan to submit to the council.
