I have a building i am managing in polokwane with multiple rooms, i'm looking to re-wire each with its own sub meter so that each tenant can pay for the power in the area they use. Additionally, there is a solar system installed that i would like to have looked and and ensure it is compliant with the local regulations. I am currently living overseas and this makes the situation more difficulty.
Would like to go Hybrid, but mostly off grid. We use at most kw a month, with our bill being between R - R with eskom. Will probably need at least a 10kva converter, and 20kwh battery (must have a 10 yr warrenty) and enough solar panels to feed household. Will alsoneed to have a app for monitoring and a solar smart switch for the geyser. Lastly a maintenence plan and assistance with eskom registration to ensure I comply with the national regulations.
3x 6kw growatt inverters to be parallell'ed each inverter will have 2 strings of 6 panels . ah battery bank, 36 bifacial w solar panels. Equipment to be installed on the ground floor of the building. There's only 4 flats in this building. A cage 1.1m X 2.5m x 2.5m high burglar bar cage to house the equipment. Quote to include all cabling, fuses ect. Quote on supply and fit and construct cage.

We are in a dual living house with 2 adjoined units. Unit 2 already has a Victron 3kw inverter with sufficient solar panels and lithium iron batteries. We wish to add a second Victron 3Kw inverter with related solar panels (installed on a flat roof) to unit 1. We already have the required lithium iron batteries currently supporting an invertor that is to be discarded. We hope to have the 2 Victron invertors connected in series to work together? Is this possible? We also need a compatible generator to allow us to go off-grid.
Flat is in a good and condition and the Building is well looked after by our Body Corporate/Caretaker.

I need solar system for a house in the rural area at Eastern Cape. There is no electricity in the whole area. The house is wired already and we are using generator currently. It's for basic needs such as Fridge, TV, lights, microwave, washing machine and of cause cellphone charging only. I'm looking for at least 3kw solar package(inverter, battery and 3 panels)
Moving into a new house in Kirstenhof - as part of renovations I would like to install some ethernet cabling (at least CAT 6a) to various points in the house via a central switch.
