The bedrooms has wooden floors, and could be redone with Laminated Tiles (36sqm in total) 2. The bathroom needs floor & wall tiles (12sqm). complete remodeling is needed to fix shower 3. The kitchen needs floor & wall tiles, double sink, 3.9m (L) kitchen cupboards, gas stove 4. The dining room also has wooden floors, and laminated tiles would be ideal 5.
