I am purchasing a house in hometown Phalaborwa in Limpopo. The house has minor defects on the roof which were disclosed to me on the OTP and I was going to fix them after the transfer process is completed. Unfortunately the bank wants engineer’s roof clearance certificate before they finalise the bond application… So i need a roofing clearance certificate very urgently.
Hi I would like to know if at all you would install roofing in Lusaka, Zambia. Am planning on buying trusses and roofing covering from SA. It’s a 14 unit complex including a clubhouse. I suggest one or a few skilled personnel can travel to Zambia and general laborers can be provided by my contractor.
Roof is leaking. The cement in the ridges has come off and leaking into the roof. Would appreciate a quotation for that and possibly a quotation to waterproof the roof. Live in Meyersig estate, its a double storey with a tuscan style roof. We do have solar panels in the event that they intrude on any work done.
My house was built 15 yrs ago.It looks like the original roofers left the trusses in the garden in the rain and the warped slightly before assembly. Tiles (marley modern concrete) Have fallen off at regular intervals and been replaced originally under guarantee from the roofing company that is no longer in business.with time more and more tiles have fallen off and over time it looks like the trusses have become more warped and need replacement repair in places. I need a quote from a good roofer as to whether the roof can be repaired or if the mage might even require roof replacement..... hopefully not the house is only 15 yrs old. I need a top,reliable roofing company with a respected name and history to inspect the roof and quote me for a lasting repair.
Good day, our company based in Benoni CBD needs to replace and a roof over our workshop and furnace area. we would prefer Chroma deck brown sheeting and the purlins re-painted. we also want to add polycarb in sections for added natural light we also require the tornado spinners to be replaced. it would be best to come to site for a meet and greet to see the roof that needs to be replaced. please respond via email as I don't always have time available to answer right away as I am in and out the plant all day.
I am a hub buyer for ADM Nutrition, and I found your contact on internet showing that you are specialized in the repair and maintenance of roofs. Our factory in Brits needs urgent assistance with its roof as you can see in the pictures. The damage was due to strong wind and it affected 2 towers. The highest is around 23m plus another 10m below it. You can work on 35m heights so you will need a sort of crane for that. Will you please advise of the cost of the repair for this? RENOVATIONS TO ROOF OVER ECC AND SAFE CITY, FIRE DEPARTMENT BUILDING 0.5mm Factory painted IBR profile roof sheeting (colour as per Architect's approval) on 50 x 76mm S.A. Pine purlins fixed to rafters at maximum 1 mm centres on pitch of 5 degrees. Roof structure to be tied down into walls with galvanised hoop iron streps taken down mm(elsewhere). Sheeting shall be drilled and not punched for fixing of the screws. Use "Dunrose" or equally approved convex head screws of 75mm in conjunction with neoprene and metal washers. All fixing etc to be carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturers instructions:
Three areas of roofing:- a) Front Verandah 9m x 3.1m - Three sides have brick wall, front side has three brick columns, requires clear polycarbonate sheeting. b) Back Verandah 5m x 4.5m - Two and a half sides have brick wall, will probably require two columns, requires clear polycarbonate sheeting. c) Carport 6.5m x 3m - One side with brick wall, other side will three brick columns. Requires metal sheeting, or charcoal coloured polycarbonate.
