It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and dining room need to painted in that there has been water damage to my apartment . We have now attended to fix the waterproofing on the outside of the building . My insurance requires three quotes so that the inside of my flat can be painted accordingly. Not sure if the sqm is accurate .
