Main house with a two bedroom, medium kitchen, large pentry,one full bathroom, plus a toilet sink shower bathroom, study or sewing room, medium TV room, 6m x 4.5m dinning room, slender deck, storage room or laundry and an infinite swimming pool on top Two bedroom with small sitting room, 2. 5mx 1.5m kitchen, one 0.5 bathroom, shower sink and basin and four garages. I have purchased a house that has recently been built. I would like ideas on furnishing and decorating. So I have bought a brand new home, the kitchen has been designed by the owner already but not built yet. he also designed the cupboards for the bedroom but allowed me to make changes. I’m not sure how decorators work in terms of costs. Kindly send me infor via email or what’s app as I’m at work and cannot speak. I would like ideas for bedroom, lounge, dining area and a bachelor pad decorating.
Building plan creation and submission. 1. Add new kitchen in a dining area with space for gas stove washing bowl and centre island. 2. Convert exiting kitchen into a pantry, scullery and washroom. 3. Brick up existing kitchen window with glass bricks. 4. Remove existing dining room window and replace with two smaller windows flanking a new Gas Stove. 5. Convert 1 bedroom into a bathroom to create a second ensuite. 6. Remove a wall between Storeroom and TV room to create one space with doors to close when not in use as a cinema room. Hi - I currently have a cottage which was a previously converted garage that was already added onto. I want to now remodel this. It is along side another small bedroom (domestic quarter) which I want to breakthrough. The space will contain a small living room open planned with a bedroom and then the domestic quarters broken open to become a new bathroom. I would like this drawn up so I can get building / renovation costs.

Interior remodel, removable on non load supporting walls to create open plan living. Extension to create more space, extend roof and or add awnings to create outdoor living space, add a pool, add a fire pit, add a deck, add a built in braai pizza oven/ outdoor kitchen and plan retaining walls. This is a bit of a mixed request. We have a lot of space, but I am not sure how to keep it well organised. I have a 3 and 5 year old, so the house needs to be functional and safe, with no frills that I am unable to maintain. The kids spend most of their time indoors, as outside is not adequate for unsupervised play. We require set up of office space (for work from home), some organisation of my hobby & craft space, storage space and my kids' bedrooms. We also have a space which the previous owner used as a hair salon, which we are wanting to turn into a gym space (child friendly), however this section of the house will require some building work, as it is not properly waterproofed. There would also be some miscellaneous maintenance work required.
