Hi. I am currently working on a project of starting my own car wash-café in Tembisa. My idea is to have a small café that will cater for my customers whilst they wait for their cars to be washed. The café will be erected on a space no more than 8m× 4,5 m. I wish for the car wash café to be distinct from the ones around the neighbourhood and surrounding areas- hence I introduced a café. I would like a black bold interior with lighting that makes clients feel welcomed and comfortable. An L shaped couch and a small table to go with it. And a few silver steel chairs and tables to match with it. I wish for a setting that will accommodate people who come in as groups, pairs and or individuals. And also a counter on the right. The building has sliding doors facing towards the car wash through the 8metre side.. just to give a picture of the scenery.

It's a new house with no flooring and it's unfurnished. The kitchen is also not done. The bathroom and shower walls not tiled.
Entertainment area, with kitchen, cellar, and store room and guest room with bathroom.

Demolish wall between; kitchen and outside room to create a connected butlers pantry space. Also demolish wall separating kitchen into 2. Advice and design an open kitchen. Review and advice on possibility of walk in closet space and new bathroom design.
