What is required is brickwork, roof, floor (pine), no sanding and painting, and the windows and door (Aluminium): Engineering drawing for pinning the roof against the walls. I'm considering the possibility of adding a 2nd story to my house. Would like a similar layout to the ground floor with the exception of a kitchen on the top floor and using that extra space for a outside balcony section. House 60sqm and would want the top floor to consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with a open space for and entertainment area and balcony area. I attached the original plans for the house.
Kitchen: I would like a quote for remodelling the kitchen in the house we have just purchased. I would like to remove all existing cabinets and install modern farm style green cabinets, with a wooden work top. We would want cabinets only on the bottom half and open shelving on the top, as it has a pantry and we would not need cabinets above. I would also like a matching island, preferably with a Butler's sink and space for 3 bar stools. We would also want to replace the existing sinks with butler's sinks.
