We would like to build a two bedroom flat extension onto the main house. The property already has a 2 bedroom flat, so we not allowed to have another dwelling, and therefore the new flat needs to be connected with the house. Attached is more or less what we want. So the flat and the house will be separated with a "stoep" The main house has a pitch roof, so not sure how the flat's roofing will connect to the main house as the flat will go in the opposite direction. I have a tenant I would like assistance with eviction. The tenant has been in arrears for most of the lease duration. Letters of demand are being "ignored", and a lease cancellation letter together with a notice to vacate have since been issued but the tenant has not vacated almost a month and a half after the grace period expired. Year. . After extreme abuse (husband) he was arrested October . Currently out on bail Result of reporting his abuse and drug abuse my inlaws came after me again . 1. Children court 2 days after that application for protection order against me by brother in law then received another application for protection order against me by my husband (withdrawn) I have overwhelming evidence against all above mentioned. Court date 20 March . Show cause I'm refusing to accept his application protection order. As all grounds are false, their actions, intimidation, emotional abuse, even stated on previous appearance im committing extraution and has proof. Magistrate asked if he does have proof he stated yes she advised him to open a case ... he clearly said right after appearance . No case I enquiried 4 times at my investigation officer. This people are slowly Draining me from all I have . I need representation on 20 March budget small just to show evidence proof the fact that I'm not at fault all can be proven

Hi. We would like to have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with a build in braai and space for a pooltable. It would be nice if the kitchen can have an island with a gashob. There should be a pantry, scullery, 4 garages, 4 rooms and at least 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom must be en-suite for the main bedroom. I want my bakery to be part of the house, it should have a double door and 3m x 6m or 4m x 6m should be enough. Thank you
