Yes.my story is like this,my husband lost his mother last day and it happen that his mother left him money,so the younger brother of hubby he has been fighting to claim the money and to the extend that hubby had to hide from him since his life is on a threat,so now the younger brother is aware that hubby is entitled on getting a lot of money ,so now the younger brother came with people and they took hubby by force they even eat him up and claim that they took hubby to rehab,while hubby he is not using any substance he just drink beer only now i don't know where they took my husband it has been 6days now and i can't even find the number of the rehab they claim that he is in,i went to police station and the younger brother came with a lawyer.so am afraid that the younger brother might go and claim the money while i dont know where he hid my husband because they took him forcefully bitting him up.
I moved out of my house in with my 2 children. My husband had an affair 3 years prior this date. And he is now staying with the same woman. On July 27- my Son was stabbed multiple times ( 5 times in his back) by a suspects that are known to him. He successful identified suspects who stabbed him and they didn't dispute that they stabbed him. 3 days after he was discharged from Hospital we went to open a case at kimberley station as the incident happened in town. 5 -7 days suspects were arrested and made court apoerences. To our suppress on August 28- at 4am we were woken up by the Police looking for my Son, we ask the reason they indicated that a complainant by the name Godwin opened a case of Robbery against him, we responded in shock and ask that did he inform you that he is standing trial for attempted to murder my Son, that was new news to them as the complainant did not disclose to them that he stabbed my Son. The case has been postponed for the second time.

No, property, no cars together, no joint accounts. Only 3 kids together. He claims he wants 50/50 custody of the kids. Don't gave an issue at solving about. Worry is if he will follow through. At this point I do everything myself, I pay school fees of my first born alone. From time to time, when it suits him. He takes the kids and dumps them at his parents house. Unmarried biological mother and father. Paternal grandmother has primary residence of minor. Paternal grandmother is refusing biological father his rights and responsibilities.
