Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
Plan already submitted. Esthetic committee made notes for changes. Architect does not comply withing agreed timelines and I need somebody to complete process asap.
