We had our flat roof sealed 2 yrs ago by Wacko Projects who painted a Roofing Membrane product on the roof and gave us a 15 year warranty . Inspection annually was to be done by Wacko Projects to maintain the warranty. We have been phoning them to come and do an inspection but they do not reply to calls or emails.
