Buying a property and wanting to convert to an office with a large boardroom or hall and to possibly add a few rooms to use as a guesthouse or backpacker. At the moment it is just a msq stand with a building in one corner and a second building on the side, I need ideas on how best to explore and maximize the land and with the additions that we have in mind. Main building also a little old looking, would love a modernizing touch.

Entrance hall ,lounge,kitchen,scullery,pantry.6 doors n frames.3 window frames. Abt 41sqm in total.Doors need to be sandpapered .Few cracks to be filled .Few areas to remove old paint which is peeling away Window area is 4m length n 2 are 2,5m length. Ps I arranged for painters to come today 25 April to paint.Only saw this now.Pls help urgently as I need to know they not ripping me off Few cracks to be filled.

To build a paint if the wall it doesn't have the first code you will have to put undercoat then pain with your first code and if the whole it has the cracks first make sure you use poly Fila. And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
