we are looking for a quote to lift the tiles and waterproof our balcony and do the tiling again afterwards. Company must be registered and certified as this forms part of a sectional title property. 1. Do you offer external wood staining for weather protection. 2. We've had damp proofing to our home in the past, and it's starting to come back, although not as bad. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
