Hi there Susan Im looking to get a quote for a cottage with a 2 bed 1 bathroom, 1 guest loo, open plan kitchen and lounge end of tenancy cleaning for wednesday morning please if possible before 1 pm. The cottage is mostly empty. Focus would be on floors and surfaces and cupboards and the bathroom and kitchen oven. Windows have been done but need a wipe over. Walls have recently been repainted and only light wiping may be required of the walls.
Right now I’m financially stretched and trying to stop things from getting worse. I have multiple active loans (over R15, total), with at least one account in arrears, and my credit profile isn’t good. My income isn’t covering everything comfortably. I’ve been looking into taking a R20k–R30k loan to consolidate everything into one payment so I can manage it better.

It’s an asbestos house old state house. The houses are owned by Roads Department back in the days it was called TPA. So the house doesn’t have a proper kitchen only a very old sink so I need small kitchen units that can accommodate a fridge, 60cm touch stove and a dishwasher the sick must be replaced too. i have already submitted my personal taxes and paid the debt. however while i am employed i also run a law practice as sole proprioter. SARS says i also need to submit the returns relating to the practice. i am registered by SARS as a provisional tax payer. i have the tax certificates from the bank relating to the prctice. the practice only started making last year but its a small amount let than R50 .
