Hi need a 13m 2.5mm cable run from dB board to outside room and connected to the existing plug point in that room. Will also need a 20 amp circuit breaker added to the dB board. The old cable already in the room must be blanked off. The new cable must also replace the existing cable that feeds the light switch. Take note that the new cable that will run down to the room will be in the open so must be placed in PVC conduit about 4m long

We are trying to cancel a lease agreement under Material breach due to the landlord not doing anything about damp and black mould growing in the house (in less than 6 days of occupation) due to bad construction of the house.
