My wife and I want to build of house of our dreams. We at first wanted to buy something for 3M in Lilyvale Estate but thought of actually buying land and constructing our own home. About m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage, open plan living area with barbeque, scullery/washing room. Double storey, main bedroom en suite and enclosed patio top floor. Garage with concrete ceiling to act as open patio for top floor.
There has been architecture work stage 1 and 2 fully completed and stage 3 partially completed. I am looking for an architect that can complete stage 3 and stage 4 for me.
