My daughter and her partner is not married. They are living together in my house. They have a child together (boy - 1.8years old) She wants to end the relationship (he is verbally abuse, etc). he refuses to leave. She wants a court order / protection order to be addressed to him, giving him 3 days to leave the house. In this time, he is not allowed near the house or her or the child. He can see the baby under supervision until the custody matter is done and closed. She wants a lawyer to do all this and handle the custody case as well. We need a quote on this please
I a divorced . Divorce decree. Property to be sold and proceeds to the three children ( minors at the time. Title deed in ex husband and my name. Unfortunately, the endorsement to transfer the title deed to my name was not done. The three children now adults do not wish to sell the property as the live with me at the property. I need to evict a business tenant who has raked up over R in water and electricity charges on my property. The tenant is running a lodge and was not paying Municipal bills since they moved in in . The Municipality bill is in my name. The tenant has been given notice to move out but does not want to move out.

We would like to convert the 6m x 3m porch next to our main bedroom into a room. One of the 6m walls is already existing, has a double door and will serve as the access way as it is the wall between the porch and the main bedroom. The outer 6m wall needs to be enclosed and windows would need to be installed along its length. The remaining two 3m side walls need to be enclosed as well, but will have no windows. The house has a thatch roof that would need to be changed/extended as it only overhangs the main bedroom and not the porch. I have attached a photo of the porch taken from the outside.
