Currently there are a few banana palms etc which I would like to stay, but the rest requires clearing - some horrible roots (palm tree) and an oliander tree to be removed. Image attached: 1. Front door with padlock and glass panel above. I would like to replace the timber door and possibly the doorframe (if possible). And I would prefer the clear glass panel to be replaced with a solid panel to match the finish of the timber, inside and outside. Ideally all to be painted a medium sheen-black on the exterior and a neutral colour paint finish inside. There would need to be provision for a Yale handlock and a knocker/with knob on the exterior. Please suggest a design with raise and fielded panels - I am also open to the idea of a stable door.
