It is a Carrot Day on Rosaly Farm in Tarlton on the 21st of February (09:00-15:00) We will need the following: Marquee Tent big enough for 75 farmers A flat-screen that can connect to a laptop to present a slideshow with sound. 10 Round tables with chairs and white tablecloths (max of 8 people per table) Cutlery and crockery Coffee Station with earns/mugs/teaspoons etc. Also portable toilet options (please not the plastic ones). My boyfriend and I hosting a celebration/dinner party for friends and family at a private venue in Salt River. The event starts from 16:30 with welcome drinks where we would like a few group shots following which we would like a few candid/documentary-style shots of the dinner party hosts and guests enjoying the meal. I would like to know if there is a fixed rate for everyone - like a total number for 20 people, 50 people, etc. or if it is calculated per person. Hi I am looking for a spit braai lamb with an alternative meat, some sides and salads and maybe dessert. It is a 30th Birthday party. To be cooked on site and then removed after service. It is a small venue (home garden around a pool) so just one table for serving and seating for older guests (8-10). 22-24 people on 4th November (early evening meal) in Umgeni Park, Durban North. I work for the South African Police Service and we will be having our year-end function soon. The photography will not be covered by the department so I am looking for a good, yet affordable option for 80 people. We are looking at either a full day photographer to take pictures or to hire a photo booth. Please advise on which option will be best and also confirm if you provide props as well?
