We currently have a standalone yard in Witpoortjie, Roodepoort west. Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garages. We want to extend the house and make it a double story with some wall extensions on the lower ground. On the upper level we want to add another 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a lounge.
1. Remove tiles and sanitary ware from bathroom (a) Bath, toilet, vanity,shower - make good 2. Knock down shower wall and remove pedestal & make good 3. Remove tiles, bath, toilet, vanity from bathroom (b) make good 3.1 chase waste and plumbing to suit freestanding bath -/+ 1m from current position 4. remove carpets from bedrooms x 4 5. Knock through main bedroom wall into second bedroom - move electrical outlet - fit sliding barn door. 6. Remove bathroom door from main ensuite - fit sliding barn door 7. remove skirting boards in preparation for: 8. lay decorative screed floor over terracotta tile - whole house (m2 - house is empty of furniture - tile in good condition) 9. Paint natural wood ceilings in bedrooms x 4, kitchen & scullery - +/- m2 10. Drill hole for extractor fan exhaust in exterior roof (exhaust routed above ceiling - across kitchen - out of pitched tin roof)
The idea is to open a pub not going for a building though we hoping to get customized containers ideally it should be a bar on the bottom, a VIP area on the top and general sitting on the bottom also hoping to have a car wash and braai outside I just need help with the layout. I need a 2 storey home. Ground floor with kitchen, lounge, ensuite guest room. Patio and indoor pool. Second floor 2 bedroom with joining full bathroom and walkin closet. balcony. I am needing a pool to run a Swim School from home but am trying to save space as in the future I would possibly build a 25m pool in the garden. Pool that can be on the patio area, with a skylight and sliding glass doors with a seating area, changeroom, toilet and shower. Pool to have as much sunlight as possible.

Good day, My house size is currently +- 89 sqm on a sqm property and I would like to extend the house by adding an upstairs section. The material I would like to use is Nutec.
