Toilet-My two toilet are forever dripping water and as such waste a lot of water...Bathtub-The hot water pressure on my bath tub is too small and takes forever...Sink-My two sinks stoppers when pressed down to stop water from escaping the sink could not come back to their original position.Water stays long in my sinks and takes forever to go out. There was a company that erected carports at complexes and charged the complex a rental fee on a monthly basis. Not sure if you offer a similar service? Perhaps you know of a company? Price per carport +- 40 units ? The carports belong to the company and are not the property of the complex. A suggestion I would like to make to the Body Corporate
Quote 1: Double carport with aluminium frame 7.4m x 6.4m, bronze colour. Quote to be as per the attached picture - only one side will be covered, the other two sides there is a wall. Quote 2: Gate with aluminium frame 2m high, 3.5m wide. Small gate to be within or inside the big gate. Picture attached

Either 1) new carport or 2) Repairs to existing carport 1) New carport: 10m x 3m carport with 3 posts on one side and attached to brick wall (house) on other. 2) Repairs to existing one roofed carport. 2 of the 3 posts and structure/gutter on one side rusted through.
