I am looking to purchase a sqm plot in Eye of Africa. Upon it, I’d like to build a family house with a total of at least 6 bedrooms. Two will be in suite while the other 4 bedrooms will share two bathrooms, each with a bath and shower. The house must have a total of four garages by way of two double door garages, be an open plan house but single story. There should be a kitchen, lounge, dining room, study room, a normal pool, to which the house should have walls enclosing it. The remainder of the exterior should be lawn and trees, with other details to be discussed with the building company.

We are looking to acquire a property that we would like to remodel. Before making an offer on the house, we would like to get a rough understanding of what the project would cost. The project should then start immediately after the title of the house has been transferred. Besides modernizing the interior (more open plan living layouts, new floors, new bathrooms (5) and new kitchens (2)) we also want to build a pool and paint the house a different color, potentially changing the look of the brick house by plastering the outside. A new window will be inserted into bathroom by my window manufacturer. That window must be closed up and exterior repaired also. Interior: remove bath and replace with new. Tile over wood floor and up dry wall. Position taps for new double basin. Retile and structure shower. *Pics of current bathroom.
