What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?

I need a hot and cold water tap installed against the outside scullery wall. The hot and cold water piping are located against the wall within a metre at this location. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance. Two carports. The first one is about 7.4m W x 6mL. One side (6mL) will be fixed against a wall and the other side on poles. No middle pole on the 7.4 m width side. That side is the entry side for the vehicles. Second one. 6mL x3m W. 6m side fixed against a wall. no poles on the other side. Lots of wind and close to the sea. Must be rust-resistant.
Require a carport for two cars, one behind the other, down the side of the house. To protect cars from falling pine tree leaves and other leaves that get blown down 3m wide gap from the house wall to the side wall. The overall length of palisade fencing by adding up the 3 sections that need fencing is 13.5m but is required as 3 separate sections. Details of the 3 separate sections that need to be fenced are: 1) 4.3m section between house and vibracrete boundary wall (fixed panel, no gate) 2) 4m section between 2 brick pillars (fixed panel, no gate) 3. 5.2m section between a brick pillar and vibracrete boundary wall (this 5.2m section should be inclusive of a sliding driveway gate.
