This is a commercial building that needs to be gutted and demolished completely on the inside and new furnishes need to be done including flooring on the whole of the inside and outside areas. This project has a strict timeline and I am requesting that I am able to get access to the building from the 1st of April and I am expecting hand-over by the end of April.
