What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
I would like the fence to be meters on two sides and meters on two sides. I would also like to have 4 meters rolling gate at one corner. The fence should be 18 lines of which 9 are electric and 9 are barbed wire at a length of 1.8 metres. I do not have network coverage so please send me a Whatsapp text we will take it from there. The wall is built with block bricks and face brick. 18m of block brick and 15m of face brick, the remainder 3m is a gate for spikes. The wall is 1.5m in height and 36m in length. I would like a quotation on supply and installation with mm Flatwrap Razor Wire (please provide both Ripper and standard) on top of the wall.
I have a couple things that needs some doing, but no idea what cost is involved in doing so: (1) My complex unit does not have any neutral wires running through the light switch boxes (I would like to install some smart switches at some point and the best ones all need the neutral wire in the light switch box). There are 10 light switches (5x3 gang, 2x2 gang, 3x1 gang) I need to pull through some neutral wires, and would also like to move the on switch to the other side of the wall. (2) There are 8 wall plugs currently, but I would like to install 8 more (since each bedroom only has 1 and a couple more will be very convenient) and move two of them. I need to repaint and redo the floor in the near-ish future, so opening up the walls and floor is not an issue as long as it will be closed up again after words (3) The DB is from the 70s I think and looks and feels very dated, and although I have a COC that indicates everything is in fine working order, I would like to install/update the board to something newer at some point as well I need a quote for each of the three mentioned jobs to get an idea of what I need to budget or what I can afford currently.
