Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks

After 1-2 days of continuous rainfall in our area water has somehow penetrated one section of our tiled pitched roof on the eastern side of our house and dammed up in a pool about 1 square meter wide on the inside of the lounge ceiling below from where it has saturated the surrounding ceiling board and dripped through nail holes into the lounge.

Sealing and waterproofing around window frames, sills and doors etc. Scrape & repair cracked windowsills Assess any ground retaining walls, where necessary, drill and inject under pressure Siloxane Sealer Inspect and waterproof all drainage outflows to exterior balconies Inspect grout work on all exterior tiled balconies and replace where necessary with waterproof grout. Apply 1 coat siloxane sealer to balcony tiles & grout work Prime all plaster repairs 1 coat High Impact Polystyrene Plaster Primer Scrape where necessary, seal, prime and patch exterior pipe work. Seal all previously painted surfaces with acrylic bonding sealer Apply 1 coat Acrylic 1 st Coat where necessary to level repairs. Apply 2 finishing coats of Vinyl Silk in a colour scheme of choice. The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me
We want to extend an existing 3 phase connection with about 15 meters (and drill through 3 walls). We need to connect 3 normal ovens and stove top units (probably about 8kw) + 1 deck oven ( like this: https://www.absolutecateringequipment.co.za/product/single-deck-oven/) to this three-phase connection (in a separate circuit box). If we can add a meter to measure what is being used in this three-phase extension (in that circuit box), this would be good. We also need to know if this extension might require a higher amps circuit breaker on the existing connection.
