I'm thinking of buying a property that needs a kitchen upgrade. Currently, there is a sink installed, but that's about it, so there is no need to bash anything down or do any demo. What i want installed is, cupboards and counters along the far wall, modern sink in the centre. and plumbing for a dishwasher. To the right, against the wall, i would like a full height pantry cupboard. (pantry cupboard) and a washer dryer cupboard (stacked) as well as sppace for the fridge and maybe microwave. In from of this space , I would like a large island, with a gas cooker and oven in the centre. i really like the brick arch as a feature but am oppen to closing it up in order to get more cupboards in. My Australian style house is about 32 km outside Thabazimbi in the Waterberge and need urgent reparations. The fibreglass panels are getting loose at the joints. It seems as if the compressed wooden boards under beneath the fibreglass panels did get wet and swell and push the panels away from each other.A small area inside next to the window showed water damage. The fibreglass panel which seal the wooden board of one of the windows was also missing.
